- **We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.**_
**What you’ll do**
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute our digital marketing efforts.. Including but not limited to
- Manage and maintain the online marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail store events.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads), including budget allocation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis of digital marketing performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales.
- Work closely with the Buying team to promote key products and ensure effective inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with the Retail Store team to create cohesive online-to-offline marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned
**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
