**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Product Management**
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, marketplace sites).

**2. Order Processing and Fulfillment**
- Process customer orders promptly, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policies.

**3. Customer Service**
- Address customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor reviews and feedback, addressing concerns or escalating when necessary.

**4. Marketing Support**
- Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including sales events, discounts, and holiday promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across digital channels.
- Contribute to SEO strategies by optimizing product pages with relevant keywords.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics using analytics tools.
- Generate reports to identify trends and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor competitors’ strategies and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.

**6. Platform and Technical Support**
- Ensure the e-commerce platform functions smoothly, collaborating with technical teams to fix issues like broken links, slow load times, or checkout errors.
- Test new features and updates to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

**7. Compliance and Best Practices**
- Ensure product listings and marketing materials comply with legal and platform-specific regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all product data is updated and optimized for searchability and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team to avoid stockouts.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with order management systems or inventory management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
