**About the Opportunity**:
We are looking for individuals who are curious and motivated, to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for growing the pipeline for our sales team by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process. You will identify, engage, and convert qualified prospects that are ready to engage with us.

This is a vital and meaningful position focused on net new logos, so you’ll have an excellent opportunity to advance your career in sales. **Responsibilities**:

- Pre-qualify opportunities by assessing mutual interest and purchasing power
- Develop and run pipeline activity against assigned quotas
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies, and competitors
- Explain the value of Conexiom’s software and services to potential customers in alignment with their role and business objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Strong intellectual and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to leverage relationships and proven sales techniques for success
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, driven and results-oriented
- Excellent, presentation and closing skills

**Growth & Performance**:

- Our BDRs have specific metrics that determine performance. You can expect daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in this role.
- This role is eligible for a base salary and variable compensation
