Your Role
This isn’t your typical sales gig. As a Junior BDR, you’ll be the face of Reis Informatica, sparking conversations, building trust, and laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships. You’ll be out there networking, chasing leads, and bringing your creative flair to help us stand out in the IT world. This role is perfect for a young, ambitious person who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the ropes, and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and your own networking magic.
- Build genuine relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and showing them how we can help.
- Team up with marketing to create buzz-worthy outreach campaigns.
- Keep track of your progress using our Glasshive CRM (don’t worry, we’ll show you how).
- Hit up local networking events, trade shows, and conferences to spread the word about Reis Informatica.
- Work with our Client Success and Technical teams to craft proposals that win hearts (and deals).
Who You Are
- A young, energetic person with 1-2 years of experience as a BDR, ready to take your career to the next level.
- A fearless networker who’s not fazed by a “no” and keeps the conversation going.
- Someone who’s curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive environment.
- A great communicator who can chat with anyone, from CEOs to IT managers.
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, or CRMs (or willing to learn fast).
- Passionate about building relationships, not just closing deals.
