**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating with customers and suppliers
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Familiarity with Jobber is an asset
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office management role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
