**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee training & development
- Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate filing systems and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Implement budgeting strategies to optimize office expenses
- Ensure effective communication across departments through multi-line phone systems
- Develop and enforce office policies to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate and organize job calendar and log

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office management role with supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software
- Strong clerical and administrative experience with a focus on organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in training & development of staff members
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and vendor management practices

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
