**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure crew follows SOPs to ensure safe operation of the ramp and hangars (i.e. fuelling and marshalling of aircraft, etc.);
- Coordinate distribution of workload to maximize efficiency
- Deliver high quality ramp service to customers;
- Maintain a high level of security awareness;
- Ensure mobile refueller inspections and paperwork are completed as per the SOPs;
- Ensure facility, trucks, courtesy van and other equipment are clean and fuelled when applicable;
- Make certain ramp and hangars are free of obstructions, icy conditions or potential hazardous objects;
- Prepare type 4 spray equipment during winter operations;
- Review hangar stack against morning departures to ensure accuracy;
- Provide briefing to the next team to ensure proper shift hand-off
- Other related duties as assigned, such as washing dishes, completion of any lavatory servicing requests, create morning movement list, return all safety equipment to their storage, etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Supervisory experience, preferably in an Aviation environment;
- Ability to obtain a YYC Restricted Area Identity Card Pass in required;
- Class 3 driver's license is considered highly desired;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Safety focused with a strong work ethic;
- Mechanical skills an asset;
- Proficient in MS Applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
- Ability to manage multiple high-level responsibilities and tasks in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Team oriented.
