**Sales and Business Development Representative (Part-Time)**

Smart Home Designs Niagara is an innovative company specializing in affordable, energy-efficient Steel SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) housing units. We’re looking for a part-time Sales and Business Development Representative to help grow our market for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). This role will focus on promoting the benefits of our products, attending conferences, and turning leads into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows (some overnight travel required).
- Clearly communicate the value of Steel SIP ADUs and how they meet housing needs.
- Use networking skills to generate new business opportunities.
- Capture leads and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings or walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with the internal team to guide customers through the buying process.
- Maintain relationships with customers through the project completion stage.
- Balance time on the road and in the office.
- Strong listening skills and a drive to understand customer needs while offering the best solutions.
- Experience building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel within Ontario.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while supporting the team.

**Position Details**:

- Part-time to start, with the potential to grow into full-time.
- Salary: Negotiable
- Start Date: Ideally Spring 2025
- Location: Jordan Station, Ontario

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$28.85 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
