**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and professional office environment, including ensuring coffee/refreshments are available and coordinating lunch orders as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of administrative experience is required; experience in the financial field is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to type efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure quality in all written communications.
- Experience with filing systems and clerical duties is essential.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanour and professional attitude.
- Must be reliable.
