**Join Our Team as a Program Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters**

**Who You Are**:

- Passionate about helping children and youth.
- Minimum 2-year post-secondary diploma in Child and Youth Care, Social or Human Services, Psychology, or related field (or a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Current criminal record check with vulnerable sector check.
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with children, youth, and adults.
- Ability to present program details clearly to individuals and groups.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Experience with non-profit organizations is an asset.

**About the Role**:

- Oversee mentoring programs, adhering to National Standards set by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada.
- Optimize mentor-mentee matches for Community and In-School Mentoring programs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and monitor match progress.
- Engage in volunteer recruitment and community outreach.
- Provide occasional coverage and support at Big Deals Boutique, our clothing store social enterprise, and assist with administrative and front desk duties.
- Represent the agency at meetings and events and collaborate with community partners.
