We are an Industrial Distributor that has been family owned and operated for almost 60 years Currently we are in search of a receptionist for our Burlington location. While responsible for answering our phone system directing calls and greeting customers upon arrival, we are looking for someone who can handle a variety of administrative tasks along the way

Position is Monday to Friday, 7:30-3:30.

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily expediting of open PO's and orders
- Stock adjustments as needed
- Resolving receiving/shipping errors from suppliers
- Processing customer credits and vendor returns
- Monthly Visa reconciliation
- Weekly customer reporting
- Cross training on invoicing, PO confirmations, cash sale reconciliation, reception, etc.

Skills and Qualifications**:Basic computer knowledge with excellent typing ability.**
- **Must possess multi-task handling ability, exemplary organizational skills, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.**:

- Should be skillful in Microsoft Office, telephone communication, listening etc.
- Excellent written and vocal communication is an important key competence.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$39,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
