**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Examining all invoices, payments, pricing, reports, operating practices and documentation
- Confirming that all the documentation collected in the field matches what has been entered into the company’s internal system
- Communicating with clients as needed to resolve any discrepancies and collect outstanding balances
- Verify and review all funded transactions that take place and ensure proper procedure is followed
- Completes daily job audits for every technician nationwide in compliance with all company requirements, which include verification of monetary values, stock dispatch and signed documentation
- Maintains the company’s internal system by updating and/or adjusting client files
- Communicates audit findings and preparing daily reports to summarize key findings (errors/issues) with the Operations Manager
- Fulfill other duties as assigned/required by the manager
**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- Demonstrated organizational, detail oriented and time management skills
- **Ability to follow guidelines and strong attention to detail**:

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task many items at a time
- Ability to recognize and anticipate problems, and gather and analyze the information necessary to resolve those problems
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A secondary diploma and related experience
- 2+ years’ experience working directly with clients in a service industry
- 2+ years related experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
