**Diagnostic Account Manager**
The position covers **BC-Lower Mainland & Island **and is ideally located in **Vancouver **.
- Drives the customer on-boarding experience by delivering exceptional installation service and follow up
- Delivers the customer care experience through technical support and troubleshooting
- Owns the customer care experience through training and education on the usage, maintenance and clinical benefits of our diagnostic solutions.
- Collaborates with team members to holistically and proactively delivers and/ or resolves the customer experience
- Expands the sales and utilization of Zoetis Diagnostic products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary qualification in Biological sciences, Business or Veterinary technology,
- Understand general Veterinary Hospital operations including, but not limited to, laboratory and clinical procedures, practice administration, staff training and workflow
- Ability to interpret scientific and medical information
- Effective writing, public speaking and communications skills
- Demonstrated business skills
- Sales experience an asset
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Excellent judgement in conflict management and influence
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to travel 60%

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Favoriser l'expérience des nouveaux et actuels clients en fournissant un service d'installation et un suivi exceptionnel.
- Fournir une expérience de service à la clientèle par le biais d'une assistance technique et de l'investigation de situations problématiques.
- Assurer le suivi avec la clientèle au travers des activités de formation portant sur l'utilisation, la maintenance et les avantages cliniques de nos solutions de diagnostic.
- Être capable de travailler de manière autonome
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin de fournir une expérience client et/ou de résoudre les problèmes de manière holistique et proactive
- Soutenir et développer les ventes et l'utilisation des produits diagnostiques de Zoetis
EXIGENCES
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en sciences biologiques, en affaires ou en santé animale
- Comprendre les opérations générales des hôpitaux vétérinaires, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les procédures de laboratoire et cliniques, l'administration de la pratique, la formation du personnel et le flux de travail
- Capacité d'interpréter de l'information scientifique et médicale
- Aptitude pour la rédaction, capacité à parler en public et bon communicateur
- Sens des affaires
- Expérience en ventes, un atout
- Leadership et grande aptitude à nouer des relations
- Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon indépendante
- Excellent jugement en situation de gestion de conflits et pouvoir de persuasion
- Excellent sens pour la planification et l'organisation
- Capacité d'effectuer des déplacements 60 % du temps
