Front Desk Agent/night Auditor

**Job Summary**
Days Inn by Wyndham Airdrie is hiring **full-time and part-time Front Desk Agents / Night Auditor** to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests.
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a can-do attitude.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle reservations and cancellations through various channels, including phone and online systems.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area in a neat and organized manner.
- Must be willing to work Night Audit shifts as required.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.
- Previous experience with hotel management software similar to SynXis or Opera is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types**:Full-time, Part-time**
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift (AM, PM and Night Audit)
Front Desk: 1 year (required)
Hotel: 2 years (required)
