**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and organized **Marketing & Communications Coordinator** to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in executing marketing initiatives that engage our community, promote our youth and adult programs, and drive enrollment. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone passionate about marketing, design, and grassroots outreach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Produce print and digital materials including **posters, banners, trifolds, and social media graphics**.
- **Customer Engagement**: Reply to **customer service inquiries** related to marketing and communications.
- **Social Media Management**: Draft and post **organic social content** across our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- **Ad Design Support**: Assist in the design of **paid social media ads** for campaigns.
- **Distribution Coordination**: Coordinate with front desk staff and coaches to **distribute marketing materials** effectively at our venues.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Support performance tracking of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles (internships count)
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**:

- Photography or video editing experience
- Experience in sports, recreation, or community-based organizations
