**Role Description**:
This is a full-time **on-site, in-person** role for a **Design & Marketing Coordinator **at SITURA Inc. in Etobicoke, ON. The Design & Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role with a primary focus on graphic design within our dynamic team., creating visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities encompass communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing sales support, planning, and executing events, content creation, and project management.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong aptitude for graphic design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of professional creative design.
- Proficiency in event planning and coordination.
- Proven tradeshow management skills, covering booth design, vendor coordination, marketing logistics attendee engagement, and post-event analysis.
- Coordinating development content for publications and courses.
- Proven project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks.
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Collaborating with the Director of Marketing + Brand to manage project deadlines.
- Following a development timeline to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Strong communication, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Maintaining strong, positive working relationships with internal departments.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated expert graphics design skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling and organizing digital content.
- Advanced skills with all social media platforms, social media scheduling search engine optimization (SEO)
- Excellent organizational skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, coordinate projects simultaneous in response to changing or conflicting priorities.
- Working effectively in a team environment while also being highly self-directed.
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn new technology and engage in continuous learning of current and emerging technology.
- Experience and technical expertise with brand and/or identity design, user experience design process and deliverables an asset.

**Education**:
A college degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Digital Media. This education equivalency is in addition to the experiential requirements outlined below.

**Experience**:
Two years of directly related work experience in marketing and graphic design. Practical experience with social media platforms, digital marketing, content management, graphic design, corporate tradeshow marketing.
