**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the e-commerce sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses related to marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate events and promotions that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience with digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design tasks.
- Basic understanding of HTML for website updates is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and collaboration within a team environment.
