As a Junior Marketing and Event Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing and sales team in executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the coordination, set up, and take down of promotional events
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Report event success, possible areas of improvement to management
- Work independently as well as within a team at retail events
- Participate in other promotional efforts and initiatives, including retail, residential, and special events

**Qualifications**:

- Previous work experience in events, retail, special events, promotions, or related experience
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships with customers
- Experience in promotions, marketing, product marketing, promotional advertising or related experience is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to a full-time, fixed schedule (40 hours a week)

Lions Dynasty works with a wide and diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small, independently operated businesses to large multi-national corporations. Due to recent growth, we are looking to add some new members to our special events team for the position of the Junior Marketing and Event Assistant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Bonus pay
