In this **Full-Time**, **In-Person** Marketing and Sales role, the **Marketing and Sales Associates** will use their passion for excellent customer experience to capture an audience, actively engage with the public, and create brand excitement during our promotional marketing events and retail campaigns.

**The Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate will**:

- Initiate relationships with new and existing consumers to educate them on the services available to them with the goal of closing sales
- Engage the consumers into a conversation and listen carefully to understand the concerns of the consumers and determine their needs
- Effectively market client products and brand, creating increased brand awareness
- Assist the Sales and Marketing managers with dispositioning of leads and territory, booking and coordination of retail events, tracking performance of sales teams and organizing sales records
- Build strong brand relationships with customers to increase sales and repeat business

**The Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate Requirements**:

- Valid G2 or G Drivers License and a Personal Vehicle are preferred
- MusT have an open Full-Time Availability
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role, sales role, business development role, or marketing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team, and independently with minimum direction

**Salary**: $2,686.00-$2,955.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Etobicoke, ON M9W 6R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
