Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative and Accounting Coordinator. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to our Firm’s success by supporting internal clients. As a trusted advisor, you will help ensure our activities are run efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Verify supplier invoices and statement of accounts (e.g. confirm that goods and services have been received, that purchases have been approved, etc.).
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to identify expensing errors and validate transactions.
- Verify team member expense accounts before final approval.
- Ensure the production and analysis of various reports.
- Explain MNP’s systems and methods to team members.
- Review and validate team members’ timesheets.
- Manage team members’ vacation requests and other absences.
- Participate in the development of new ideas and methods to improve work procedures.
- Collaborate with management and other team members.

**Skills and experience**
- AEC or DEP in accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration and/or general accounting
- Experience working in a professional services environment is considered an asset
- Experience in personnel management is considered an asset
- Bilingual (French and English) essential
- Ability to travel occasionally (Laval, Mount Royal and Longueuil)
- Strong sense of customer service when interacting with internal and external clients
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask
