Business Development Manager - FDA-approved Medical Aesthetic Devices (Worldwide)

With a focus on innovation, quality, and global expansion, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead international sales growth and establish strong distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Global Business Expansion & Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve international sales and expansion goals.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales of CPMT Laser’s FDA-approved medical aesthetic devices worldwide.
- Set and achieve revenue targets through direct sales and distributor partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and exclusivity agreements with distributors and key clients.

Distributor & Client Relationship Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard exclusive distributors in key global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and medical aesthetic professionals.
- Provide sales support, training, and marketing guidance to distributor teams.
- Ensure distributor performance aligns with company growth objectives.

Trade Show & Event Representation
- Represent CPMT Laser at global medical aesthetic trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and networking activities to attract potential clients and distributors.
- Generate and follow up on leads acquired from trade shows and exhibitions.

Market Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients and partners.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven track record in business development and international sales, preferably in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience managing exclusive distributor networks and global sales partnerships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Strong ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven business decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective relationship-building and strategic discussions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for trade shows, distributor meetings, and business expansion efforts.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
