The IMIT Team is looking for enthusiastic students to join our team. You will learn about the technical operations of a busy Information Management Department. You will be collaborating with experienced individuals in this field.
**Title**: Student, Network Analyst
**Salary**: $19.87 - $24.66 - $29.43 per hour (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - until August 29, 2025
**Hours**: Casual - 37.5 hours (core office hours Mon - Fri - 9:00 am
- 3:00 pm)
**Location**: Sinclair Office (Metro Vancouver) - on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations

**Education**
- Currently enrolled in a formal university degree program in Computer Sciences or related field of study
**Experience**
- Prior experience in supporting and IT environment is an asset (hardware, software, operation systems, monitors, multi-function devices)
- Possible travel to other FNHA office locations in the lower mainland
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge with escalated troubleshooting with software and desktop hardware issues, writing technical documentation
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Have strong customer service skills

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
