Inspired Swim is a growing, Canada-wide swim school offering personalized swim lessons in warm, private pools. Founded in BC, we’re now expanding into Alberta and are on track to reach more communities across the country.
Our mission is simple: make high-quality, flexible, and joyful swim instruction accessible to all families. We focus on creating a deeply personal and impactful experience for every swimmer — and we’re just getting started.
Through our Making Waves Program, we proudly provide free swim lessons to underserved children and support water safety education in marginalized communities. Giving back is core to who we are, and we’re looking for someone who shares that heart.

As our **Customer Service Coordinator**, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice behind every interaction, ensuring families feel cared for, supported, and confident in their swim journey. From first inquiry to final lesson, you’ll guide families with empathy, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving — all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage a high volume of communication, and finds genuine joy in helping people.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clear, caring guidance to help families choose the right programs for their needs
- Maintain up-to-date records and manage communication using our CRM
- Troubleshoot issues with professionalism and find solutions that work for both the client and the team
- Assist with registration logistics, seasonal campaigns, and scheduling
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support throughout their swim experience
- Represent the Inspired Swim brand with warmth, clarity, and a genuine desire to help
- Support weekend events and team initiatives when needed

**Who You Are**
- A natural **helper**—empathetic, warm, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
- Able to stay **organized and focused** in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable juggling multiple conversations and tasks with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (we use Google Workspace, Slack, and a custom CRM)
- Experienced in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or a similarly people-focused role
- Passionate about swim safety, community connection, and making a real difference in families' lives
