**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **Service & Operations Coordinator** to support the day-to-day execution of service and small projects. This role is central to the success of our operations — acting as the communication link between our field team, clients, and vendors. You’ll help ensure jobs run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and service is delivered with reliability and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventive maintenance
- Communicate with clients to coordinate access, confirm appointments, and follow up on service
- Create and invoice work orders through our service software
- Issue and track purchase orders with vendors
- Assist with scheduling for small projects and installations
- Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Maintain job records, technician notes, and service documentation in the system
- Track job progress and support timely follow-up
- Provide administrative support for quoting and project execution

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or office administration (HVAC, mechanical, or trades preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication — professional, courteous, and clear
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (**Ucora**, **QuickBooks**)
- Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, and accounts receivable is an asset
- HVAC or mechanical experience is helpful, but not required
