**Job description**
- **Bin There Dump That**_ is looking for a mature, responsible, professional individual for our Administrative Assistant position. _**Bin There Dump That**_ Home Office is currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant in our Oakville office. _**Bin There Dump That**_ that has franchise locations across Canada and the United States and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our support team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of office
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
- Participating in phone calls, video calls and in-person meetings and taking minutes
- Managing support team's calendars
- Building relationships with our Franchise Operators, while providing them with help and resources as they require them.
- Assisting in preparing presentation materials for training sessions and in person meetings
- Maintaining contact data sheets
- Maintaining CRM and shared files
- Skilled at using Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Suite
- Working directly with our Franchise Support Coaches on administrative tasks as requested
- Assisting in preparing for our annual conference
- Potential to assist our Digital Marketing Team with tasks as needed.
**Skills & Requirement**:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Valid Driver's Licence
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
