We are seeking two individuals who are friendly, responsible, self motivated, organized, able to multitask, great communication and customer service skills, to be front desk receptionist/ office assistant.

We have a position to start immediately, a full time position in our Oakville office.

General administrative responsibilities include: managing the front office, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments in EMR system, greeting and assisting all patients with matters concerning appointments and their accounts, preparing clinic at beginning and end of day, accepting payment, maintaining inventory and sterilization of instruments.

Computer competence schedule program and MS Office skills.required, medical reception experience preferred, previous experience with scheduling software considered an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
