**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Perform administrative support with accounts receivables and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing, account payments and accurate financial reports.
- Support payroll processing and maintain employee records as needed.
- Conduct account analysis as required to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various financial tasks.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in the English language.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of financial processes in order to assist with bank reconciliation, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account analysis.
- High school Diploma required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
