Bin There Dump That is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant in our Oakville office. You will be an integral part of helping to organize and maintain the communications with our Franchise Operators across Canada and the United States.
**Company Description**
Bin There Dump That is a fast growing Franchise organization with franchised locations across Canada and the United States. We have operated as a franchise since 2004. Our Franchise Locations offer an outstanding **_Residential Friendly Dumpster Rental experience_**. Our home office supports our franchise locations to help ensure their success.
Your role as the Administrative Assistant would be to work with our Franchise Support Team to help coordinate their daily meetings and keep our systems updated and organized. You will be:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct department
- Scheduling monthly calls with our Franchise Operators and their Support Coaches
- Taking notes on these calls and logging them into the system
- Doing competitive research calls for our Franchise Operators
- Completing any assigned administrative tasks to required by our Support Team.
- Updating contact lists and data tracking systems
- Helping to prepare presentations using Power Point
- Assisting our Digital Marketing team with research and posts as needed
- Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Helping to organize training classes and our annual conference
**Qualifications**
- Completion of Highschool is a must and a Bachelor Degree would be a benefit
- Recent graduates looking for an entry level full-time salary are welcome
- Ability to communicate in English clearly, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills working with the following platforms: Word, Excel, Power Point, Google (Slides, Docs, Calendar, Meets etc.)
- Some experience with HubSpot would be an asset but not required
- Opportunity to help support our Digital Marketing Department as well
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website creation, Goggle Business Profiles
- Ability to multitask and work with others
- Ability to build relationships with our Franchise Operators
- Ability to display professionalism in your daily tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
