UCSH is looking for a full time **Project Coordinator, Construction** position. This is an onsite position in our Markham office.

**WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?**

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

- Support Project Manager in the development and implementations of commercial and residential projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors on schedule changes and delivery.
- Liaison between different departments and well communicate between all parties with all the changes that was made and approved.
- Maintain and update schedule for all projects assigned
- Assist Project Manager on billing progress on a regular basis
- Document Control - tracking of project progress and all the changes amended in each project.
- Submittal Control - tracking of all submittal for each projects and inform other departments of the changes.
- Visit onsite, sites can be in town or out of town
- Other duties as assigned

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS**:

- Bachelor degree or Certificate in Construction Management or Project Management or Civil Engineering Program
- Familiar with project management principles and practices
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator
- Ability to read architectural, scrutiny, electrical drawings and specifications is an asset
- Experience working in construction industry is an asset
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills and tech savvy
- Valid Driver’s License and comfortable to drive in town or out of town, if required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
