  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for tracking progress and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare construction estimates and budgets based on project specifications.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adhere to managerial directives and carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Skills**

  • Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D software for design purposes is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
