- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for tracking progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets based on project specifications.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adhere to managerial directives and carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software for design purposes is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Pay: $41,600.00-$60,000.00 per year
