**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and organizing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, ensuring easy access to critical information for the project team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the Project Manager and various project participants to convey information and resolve queries.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that milestones are achieved on time.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address delays proactively.
- Create and update detailed schedules, communicating changes promptly to all stakeholders.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to the Project Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments.
- Ensuring that subcontractors are effectively scheduled, communication is streamlined, and project timelines are met.
- Assist in the identification and selection of subcontractors based on project requirements, budget considerations, and the subcontractors' expertise.
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services required for construction projects.
- Identify and research potential suppliers and vendors for construction materials, considering factors such as cost, quality, and reliability.
- Work with the Project Coordinator to create and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery details.
- Coordinating with vendors, negotiating terms, tracking orders, and ensuring that materials and services are delivered in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure vendor compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and ethical standards. Verify that vendors have the necessary certifications and adhere to project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices (preferred, not required).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
