The Commercial Property Manager is a critical member of the on-site Keilty Realty Management team and is responsible for leading the operations of our commercial buildings. This role will be a fast-paced position, where no two days are alike. The Commercial Property Manager must be able to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring that our buildings are managed and operated to the highest standards of excellence.

**Day in the Life**
- Primary contact for all commercial tenancies.
- Provide onsite leadership, guidance, and coaching to organizational team members.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management and Executive team to develop business strategies and goals.
- Take full operational responsibility for assigned real estate.
- Embody core values and foster a family environment amongst coworkers.
- Schedule and conduct tours for prospective commercial tenants are required.
- Oversee marketing and leasing operation to maximize occupancy levels.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data trends.
- Work with vendors for schedule maintenance and upgrades to the buildings
- Manage and lease all commercial parking lots as required.
- Acquire and analyze quotes from vendors.
- Manage the development of all new business and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to introducing new revenue streams.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial tenant arrival, departure, and turnover.
- To perform local market research and report back on suggested improvements.
- Participate in the creation of the annual operating budget
- To monitor real estate performance against agreed criteria and adhere to reporting requirements.
- Manage and coordinate all outgoing mail and courier shipments, if applicable.
- Document all commercial tenant communication in management program.
- To consult regularly and provide information to tenant and other key stakeholders on building contracts or refurbishment programs.
- To liaise with any contractors working in or around the properties.
- To review tenancy documentation for accuracy.
- Responsible for taking prompt action to recover outstanding payments from tenants.
- To oversee the provision of a first-class customer experience, ensuring that all enquiries, correspondence, or complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively.
- To liaise with the public and other external stakeholders on behalf of Keilty Realty Management.
- Maintain maximum occupancy rates for our clients and an accurate account for property occupancy rates,
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
