The Community Manager is responsible for building our business and brand presence. They are the core of our Coworking community, and responsible for creating a memorable and enjoyable space for all of our members. This includes creating and executing a marketing plan designed to attract the attention and interest of potential members, guiding them through the space and the decision making process of joining the space. The position calls for skills in marketing, graphic design, social media management, leasing, customer care, record keeping, trade relationship management and some financial record keeping.

**A Day in the Life**
- Customer facing, acting as the first point of contact for prospective members, and current Seaway members.
- Marinating positive and professional relationships with each and every member, ensuring repeat business.
- Opening the space each day and ensuring all amenities are fully stoked and the relevant services are ready promptly to be used by all members
- Managing various social media platforms, maintaining a strong brand presence online and within the community
- Planning and executing events for members to promote community within the space
- Organizing and managing member requests, ensuring each member receives the best quality of service.
- Tend to any issues that may arise within the space within a timely manner
- Conduct tours of the space, either planned or promptly
- Tend to the space and ensure it is well kept, clean, and inviting throughout the day
- Becoming well versed with Seaway software, and able to assist members when needed.
- Reach set goals for occupancy within the space
- Become the point of contact for non-member bookings.
- Facilitate all payment questions and transactions for bookings.
- Assist and be present with events taking place within the space.
- Attend community events, club events, and other networking events as a representative for the Club.
- Be cool, caring, and driven to accomplish big things,
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
