Although our brands focus on varying sectors, each ties back into one key attribute - hospitality.
A Day in the Life:
- Acting as the first point of contact for any visitor entering the office, from vendor to client.
- Owning the space and ensuring that it is kept tidy and operational
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable administration as needed.
- Preparing and printing physical cheques as required.
- Scanning, uploading, and filing invoices.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures.
- Keeping supplies stocked for all employees within the building
- Creating an office budget and ensuring that it is followed by the team.
- Developing the proper systems and processes to be implemented to create a smoothly operating office.
- Ensuring that necessary work orders are completed as required.
- Facilitating any meetings that may need to be booked.
- Directing any incoming phone calls to the correct employee.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks within the KRC brands, as required.
- Gaining an understanding for the various systems and platforms utilized by the team.
- Organizing and distributing mail within the team.
- Sending out packages as required.
- Assist team members within the office with various tasks, as required.
- Maintaining positive rapport with vendors, guests, and customers.
- Always working as a part of team, and being able to take direction from co-workers.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience within an Accounting role is considered an asset.
- Background in a Customer service role is considered an asset.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, flexible, and organized.
- Keilty Realty requires a valid Police Criminal Record Check upon hire.
