Are you an experienced scheduler/dispatcher looking for a reputable, stable company with supportive management who will value what you bring to the organization? Join our team, Securiguard is seeking a **Dispatcher / Scheduler **to help support the operations in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

Job Description: As a **Dispatcher / Scheduler**, you will be responsible for logging information, dispatching, and Scheduling staff, accordingly, conducting various audits and ensuring that security patrol duties are completed.

**What you would do**:

- Schedules employees 2 weeks in advance
- Provides exceptional customer service to all clients, guards, prospective clients and Securiguard representatives.
- Manages and organizes scheduling and dispatching guards for all sites.
- Liaison with the Operations Mangers & Recruiters on the operational needs on a daily basis
- Ensures all site-specific requirements are met before guards are mobilized to site, i.e. security licenses, driver licenses, drug.
- Works closely with the Operations Manager, Resource Deployment to provide additional support whenever needed
- Coordinates with guards according to availability, suitability, and preference.
- Controls and manages NBOT and BOT for each pay period.

**What You Bring**
- Valid Security Guard License
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a scheduler / dispatcher is an asset
- Ability to communicate well and be understood
- Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of calls
- Must be reliable, of sound character and a team-player
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office and excel
- Must be able to MULTITASK in a FAST-PACED environment.
