Seneca provides free parking, tuition assistance, expert training, and real career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Dispatchers and Video Surveillance AnalystsPerformance Management: Set and monitor operational targets (KPIs); provide regular feedback and support for dispatcher performanceQuality Assurance: Audit call logs, radio transmissions, and incident documentation for accuracy and service standardsIncident Support: Step in during high-demand periods or critical incidents, providing hands-on support and coordinationLiaison: Serve as the main contact for external agencies (police, fire, EMS) and internal campus partners regarding communicationsTraining & Development: Organize ongoing training, system upgrades, and process improvements for the SOC teamReporting: Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual performance reports; recommend operational improvementsPolicy Compliance: Ensure all dispatch and surveillance activities meet Seneca and legal standardsTechnology Management: Oversee use of security technology (CCTV, access control, incident management software) and recommend upgrades or improvementsTeam Culture: Build a positive, resilient, and high-performing SOC team through recognition, coaching, and open communicationQualifications2+ years’ experience in dispatch/security operationsSecurity License, First Aid/CPRPost-secondary education, APCO Certificate preferredLeadership experienceSuperior organizational, analytical, and people skillsWhy choose Paladin?Opportunities for training and professional development Competitive salary and benefits package. Free Uniforms Security license reimbursement Dry cleaning & hemming/tailoring allowance Additional perks Work today, get paid today—daily pay available  Certification Requirements (All) Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) Use of Force in Class Training
