**Hello**

We are a comfortable, welcoming multi disciplinary clinic with a focus on Women's Health - we offer Pelvic Health Physiotherapy as well as Registered Massage / Acupuncture / Dietetics. We are looking for a part time (1-2 week days per week) receptionist & clinic assistant to join our growing team :)

- Fun, relaxed and supportive environment. We are a small, boutique clinic that is ego free and we love snacking, laughing and joking around with each other.
- We strive to make our clients feel at home and at ease. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detailed and caring by nature.
- We hope whoever joins the team likes animals as we have clinic dogs

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Wonderful client manners and customer service
- Capable computer skills
- Experience with Janeapp, while not mandatory, is an asset and preferrable
- Scheduling Appointments
- Billing and Insurance
- Supplies and Data Entry
- Basic cleaning and upkeep
- And basically whatever else a awesome front of line is expected to provide

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
