Strive Health and Performance is an established, very busy, multidisciplinary and collaborative health team that is looking for our next full-time superstar to add to our front desk team We are looking for 30+ hours per week to start at our Brentwood location (this will include evenings and weekends). We are looking to hire to right away, with opportunity for additional hours and long term growth within the company.

Preferred but NOT required:

- Previous experience with Janeapp software
- Prior work in customer service
- Inbound and outbound phone experience
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. medical office
- Medical Office Assistant Diploma
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, kin
- Familiarity with direct billing service providers
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Knowledge of general office procedures
