**Operations Manager**

**Job description**
- Since 2002, Run-DLJ Telecom Inc. has been distributing new, used and refurbished telecommunication equipment to a wide variety of clients, including hospitals, universities and other health organizations. We are currently the largest telecommunications broker and distributor in Quebec._

**Your daily**
- Monitor the daily sales report and ensure that products are shipped the same day or 24 hours later.
- If the merchandise is not available in stock, ensure that the purchasing department orders them immediately.
- Monitor and maintain a process for RMA and repairs.
- Ensure that warranty returns are handled as quickly as possible.
- Develop a Minimum/Maximum inventory refueling system.
- Start a serialization system for some important items.
- Become familiar with new products and methods by following the courses and training offered by the Company from time to time.
- Promptly report any issues that the Employee is made aware of with respect to products, customers, credits, etc.

The Employee undertakes, among other things, to respect the requests that the President, the Vice-President might request.

**You have**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Operation Management
- Experience in team management.
- Fully bilingual (spoken/written)

**Job Type**: Full time in person

**Pay**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00

**Gestionnaire des Operations**
- Depuis 2002, Run-DLJ Telecom Inc. distribue des équipements de télécommunication neufs, usagés et remis à neuf à une grande variété de clients, notamment des hôpitaux, des universités et d’autres organismes de santé. Nous sommes actuellement le plus important courtier et distributeur en télécommunications au Québec._

**Votre Quotidien**
- Surveiller le rapport des ventes journalier et s’assurer que les produits soient expédiés la même journée ou 24 heures plus tard.
- Si la marchandise n’est pas disponible en inventaire, s’assurer que le département d’achats les commande immédiatement.
- Surveiller et maintenir un processus pour RMA et réparations.
- S’assurer que les retours sous garantie soient gérés le plus rapidement que possible.
- Développer un système de ravitaillement d’inventaire Minimum/Maximum.
- Débuter un système de sérialisation pour certains items importants.
- Se familiariser avec les nouveaux produits et les nouvelles méthodes en suivant les cours et la formation offerts par l’Entreprise de temps à autre.
- Rapporter rapidement tout problème dont l’Employé est mis au courant en ce qui concerne les produits, les clients, les crédits, etc.

L’Employé s’engage, entre autres, à respecter les demandes que le président, le vice-président pourraient lui faire.

**Vous Avez**
- Minimum 1-3 ans d’expérience en gestion opérationnelle
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe
- Parfaitement bilingue à l’écrit et à l’oral
