Permanent position available with our Canadian Subsidiary operating a commercial and sales, including technical support & warehouse facilities. We are a stable business, leader in or industry since more than 50 yeas and located and located In Saint Laurent Industrial Park (Montreal).

**CANDIDATES MUST BE RESIDENT OF QUEBEC AND WITHIN 50KM FROM THE OF VILLE SAINT LAURENT.**

**Key Function & Responsibilities**
- Supervise and motivate a team of 5 people engaged in quotations, order processing, logistics and shipping to customer orders across Canada.
- Ensure working procedures are adequate and up to date and suggest proper improvement when needed
- Lead and manage new system implementation in coordination with the head office departments and local resources
- Working directly with the sales director and quotations coordinator to prepare demand forecasts and ensure optimal inventory levels and inflow of factory orders.
- Working with sales director on the preparation of large complex bids and sales forecast
- Interface with technical support, on matters related to product
- customer specificities.
- Coordinate customer commercial & technical issues/specifications with the technical support department, sales manager, and regional agents, as required.
- Predict product shortages and coordinate reallocations with supply chain and sales office.
- Monitor and control logistic department activities
- Position will require the learning good knowledge of our products and Customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales office operations, including quotations, order processing, supply chain and inventory control and logistics
- Proficient with SAP and Sales Force, Excel and Microsoft office
- Knowledge with ERP/MRP systems (must)
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of the electric utility market (strong asset)
- Excellent English communication skills is required.
- Working knowledge of French
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Quick Learner, and teamwork oriented with positive attitude
- Detail-oriented & Punctual
- Able to work remotely and in office environment
- Prior job references are required.

**Salary, benefits & Work regime**
- 6-digit salary depending on prior experience
- Performance Bonus

- Hybrid work regime: Both work from home and from the office
- For the first 4-6 months of employment, up to 4 day per week in the office might be required.

**Salary**: Up to $110,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
