The Operational Excellence Leader is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading and championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role will play a pivotal part in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across all facets of the company’s front-end operations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the organization’s operational excellence strategy, align-ing it with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and ef-ficiency enhancements across various front-end functions within the organization.
- Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring that employees at all levels are engaged and aligned with operational excellence goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and teams to implement operational excellence practices and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses on operational performance, pre-senting findings to senior management.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to maintain and enhance service quali-ty.
- Cost Reduction: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining or improving service and product quality.
- Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the tools and methodologies necessary for continuous improvement.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field. Master’s degree pre-ferred.
- Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles, with a min-imum of 5 years in leadership positions.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable (at the very least, green belt certified)
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and change management skills.
- Project management experience.
