**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our automotive repair services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to contribute to our dealership's success.

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments for vehicle repairs
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customers' concerns and vehicle inspections
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and keep customers informed of the progress
- Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments from customers and processing invoices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle repairs, and service history in our database
- Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in French and English is required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- service advisor: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
