The Service Advisor has the opportunity to interact with thousands of customers to build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Ottawa St Laurent Jeep & Ram. The Service Advisor provides end to end support including order fulfillment, troubleshooting, problem resolution, compliance oversight, new product testing, information entry, maintenance and reporting. This role requires juggling many customers, priorities, communication and follow-up throughout the day, while turning customers into “raving fans.” This position requires someone who is passionate about taking care of the customer and helping them turn an unpleasant event into a positive experience. **Responsibilities** - Perform inbound and outbound telephone calls - Perform Service Advising - handle service related questions and concerns - Handle warranty related questions and concerns - Monitor their service related KPI’s to ensure high level performance - Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service excellence - Scheduling service appointments by obtaining clients and vehicles data prior to arrival - Advise clients of the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicle - Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for both labor and parts - Client follow up through out the day **Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities** - Must be detail-oriented and have effective verbal and listening communication skills - Must have a Valid "G" license with a clean driver abstract record - Enjoy working with others - Problem solving, decision making with critical thinking - Experience in a dealer environment is considered an asset - ADP/CDK knowledge is considered an asset - Bilingualism is considered an asset - Ability to perform daily record keeping and reporting - Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines - Ability to maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Service Advisor **Compensation** - Competitive base salary - Strong monthly performance based bonus program - Benefits program - Strong managerial leadership - Strong brand and factory support - Great team working atmosphere **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay **Experience**: - customer service: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
