Belair Toyota is looking for a FULL-TIME SERVICE ADVISOR

**Position overview**:
The Automotive Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our service team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service and knowledgeable in automotive maintenance and repair.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs.
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's status, including when vehicle is ready for pick up.
- Ensure all customer concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and industry trends.
- Oversee the service waiting area ensuring every customer has been looked after.
- Offer professional explanation for services or repairs to satisfy customer concerns.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid driver’s license is required**:

- **Fluent in French and English is required.**:

- Ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanic: 1 year (required)
