**About Odd Company Brewing**
Odd Company is a small craft brewery with two locations in Edmonton, now in its 5th year of operation. We are dedicated to creating great craft beer and serving delicious food.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop promotional and pricing strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other industry gatherings
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or other schooling in business, marketing, or a related field would be an asset
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Clean drivers abstract
- Valid Pro-Serve certificate
- Availability to travel as needed
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
