Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients to our office
- Accurate scheduling of appointments
- Assisting clients with completing necessary intake forms and documentation
- Connecting clients to appropriate practitioners
- Processing billing and payments
- Accurate filing for all client files
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
**Requirements**:
- Administrative Assistant diploma or similar
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant preferred - 1 year minimum
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent, supportive and friendly communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Critical thinking skills - able to recognize what tasks need to be completed without direction
- Primary residence in Canada
- Flexible availability for work schedule
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13.5 - 21.5 per week
