A well-established Saskatoon based company is looking to add a receptionist to their growing team.
As a receptionist you will be the face of AED Advantage and the first point of contact for customers when they call or walk into the business. You will facilitate the initial fact-finding dialogue to get an understanding of the customer's needs and manage or direct the individual accordingly. You will play a key role in the overall satisfaction of every stakeholder that engages with AED Advantage, contributing to the goal for continued growth and expansion.
A successful receptionist will join the team with a “can do” attitude, willing to do what needs to be done to ensure the business runs smoothly and that the entire team is equipped to successfully execute their specific roles.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- First point of contact for all company customers and visitors
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct team member
- Provide administrative support to the rest of the team when needed, including data entry, preparing correspondence and record-keeping
- Maintains the office in a neat and organized fashion
- Coordinates with the office manager to ensure office supplies are well stocked
- Process bills
- File invoices/bills
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company goals, values, and mission
- Manage the accounts receivable and keep receivable levels at a predetermined level
- Maintain company calendars
- Sort and distribute mail
**Qualifications**:
- Detail oriented, independent, thorough, energetic, team player, personable, professional, customer-service oriented
- Experience maintaining business relationships an asset
- Critical Thinker
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly motivated
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
