Location: 2535 3 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2A 7W5 (This is an in-office role)

What You’ll Do
- Proactively prospect and cold call decision-makers in target industries
- Confidently pitch our services and handle objections like a pro
- Move prospects through the pipeline and close deals consistently
- Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot) with precision
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

Must-Have

We will only consider applicants who meet all of the following:

- 1+ year sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to sell services (not just products)
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated closing ability - you know how to create urgency and win the deal
- Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback

Nice-to-Have
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong objection-handling skills without getting defensive
- Quick thinker in fast-paced environments
- Contact center or SaaS sales experience
