Our Finance Team in Surrey is looking to hire a dynamic Administrative Assistant If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and administration and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a meaningful impact, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in our Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in both administrative tasks and financial processes.

**What will you do?**
- Maintain inventory of department office supplies and order supplies as required.
- Ensure copiers, fax machines, printers, and other office equipment are operational and well-maintained.
- Provide administrative support to Finance department as required.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Support the preparation and management of financial documents, such as purchase orders and expense reports.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.

**What will you bring**:

- Grade 12 or GED equivalency; job related post-secondary education considered an asset.
- Minimum 1 years’ previous experience working in a related office/administrative role;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to function in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of teamwork.
