**Role Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Licensed Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rajni Sharma Financial Services Ltd. Reporting directly to the Advisor, the Assistant will coordinate and deliver exceptional administrative support to the Advisor. A valued member of the team, the Assistant manages scheduling to maximize sales opportunities, welcomes visitors to the office (if applicable), and helps to create an efficient and compliant office environment.
**Responsibilities**
- In partnership with the Advisor, develop and execute on plan to meet operational and administrative goals
- Schedule appointments and manage advisor’s workflow (preparation for client meetings, events, tasks, follow up, etc.)
- Manage office tasks such as filing, Salesforce updates, generating reports, and presentations requiring the use of independent judgement and initiative
- Manage travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
- Support the advisor to create marketing / sales opportunities (mining client data, marketing efforts, client service proactive contact, etc.)
- Gather and compile production statistics/reports for advisor
- Support the advisor in monitoring and responding to Head Office inquiries
- Daily management of advisor social media tools
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in life insurance industry, working as an advisor or working with an advisor as a licensed assistant or an associate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
- Proven ability to work independently and competently handle multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy and reliability, in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong relationship building and office administration skills
- Highly proficient use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce
- Bilingual as required (Punjabi & Hindi)

- Insurance industry: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
